Flowers bisexual, creamy, in axillary and terminal panicles; calyx tube campanulate, short; petals 5, ovate-orbicular, clawed subequal; stamens 10, declinate; filaments subequal, basally villous; ovary half inferior, stipitate, glabrous; style suberect; stigma capitate. Fruit a pod; twisted.
