DEPARTMENT OF ISLAMIC HISTORY

OVERVIEW

       The Department of Islamic History was established in 1968 with BA Islamic History UG Course. MA in Islamic History PG Course started in 1980. Islamic History was a subsidiary subject for Pre degree (PDC) III Group students till it delinked from the University. Professor C. Ummer was the founder Head of the Department.
