OVERVIEW

Department of Political Science, Maharaja’s College, Ernakulam was established in the year 1950 and Degree courses were started in the same year itself. In the year 1970, the department started M.A. Programme. In 2009 the Department was recognised as a Research Department of Political Science under Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam.
