ചാൻസ് ലിസ്റ്റിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളെ അവരുടെ രെജിസ്റ്റേർഡ് ഇമെയിലിൽ കോളേജിൽ ഹാജരാകേണ്ട തിയതിയും സമയവും അറിയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. അത് പ്രകാരം കോളേജിൽ എത്തുന്ന അപേക്ഷകരെ മാത്രമായിരിക്കും റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റിൽ ഉൾപെടുത്തുക. 1.00pm ന് രജിസ്ട്രറേൻ അവസാനിക്കുന്നതും തുടർന്ന് റാങ്ക്ലിസ്റ് പ്രസദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്നതും ആയിരിക്കും. ചാൻസ് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രകാരം ഹാജരാകുന്ന അപേക്ഷകർക്ക് അഡ്മിഷൻ ലഭിക്കുന്നത് അന്നേ ദിവസം പ്രസദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്ന റാങ്ക്ലിസ്റ്റിന് പ്രകാരം മാത്രമായിരിക്കും. കോളേജിൽ ഹാജരാകുവാൻ പറയുന്നത് ഒരുതരത്തിലും അഡ്മിഷൻ അവകാശപ്പെടാനുള്ള ഒരു കാരണം ആയിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. മറ്റു കോളേജുകളിൽ ഇതിനോടകം അഡ്മിഷൻ എടുത്ത കുട്ടികൾ അന്നേദിവസം കോളേജിൽ വരുമ്പോൾ TC കൊണ്ടുവരേണ്ടതില്ല. അഡ്മിഷൻ ഉറപ്പാക്കുന്ന മുറക്ക് TC ഹാജരാക്കുവാൻ രണ്ട് ദിവസത്തെ സമയം അനുവദിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

Those candidates who are in the sure list of UG admission allotment and not accepting or declining the allotment will be treated as INACTIVE and they will be removed from the entire admission process of Maharaja‟s College.
